Your new Alameda apartment is thoroughly inspected by our Maintenance team to ensure everything is in working order and includes a professional cleaning of your unit and bedroom carpet, and a partial or full paint.

Residents do not need to be present to have work performed on their Alta Star Harbor apartment or townhouse. Simply provide us with written permission to enter and our maintenance professionals will respond to the request for assistance.

Yes, we have a professional on-site maintenance team.

You can make a maintenance request through your online resident portal account, call our office, email our team, or stop by our leasing office.

If you're locked out of your apartment during business hours, feel free stop by our office. Please be sure to bring a valid ID so that we can verify you are a lease holding resident to give you access to your home.
After business hours: Call the leasing office and select the after hours emergency maintenance prompt.


Yes, our Alameda apartments have two parking options available for a fee.

Alta Star Harbor offers residents an array of upscale amenities that are sure to enhance your Alameda lifestyle, including: Clubroom with a kitchen, two Roofdecks, Fitness Center, Yoga Studio, WiFi Lounge, Pet Spaw, Package Room, Bike Storage, and more.

We do not have a pool. Our amenities are available 24-hours. The roofdecks go dark at 10pm.

Yes, our community is pet-friendly. Call our leasing office to learn more details about out pet policy.

Washer and dryer, dishwasher, electroc stove & oven, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, HVAC system for heating and cooling your apartment home.

We do not offer furnished apartments at this time. However, we do work with CORT Furniture on furniture rental for your new home.


Applications can be approved within 24 hours in most cases, but can take up to 3-7 days.

You can pay online through your resident portal account, or by check dropped off at the leasing office.

Yes, Renter's Insurance is required.

Webpass for Interent and Xfinity/Comcast for Interent and/or Cable.

You can buy-out your lease by placing a 30-day notice, paying a lease break fee of 1.5 times the rent and payback of all concessions.

You will need to contact AMP for electric, all other utilities are set up through the community and will be billed back to you in arrears.

No utilities are included in your rent.


Yes, The 19 Bus stops along Buena Vista Avenue at Sherman Street. This bus will take you to the Bart Stations in both Oakland and Fruitvale.
Both Ferry Terminals are 8 minutes away by car. The Seaplane Lagoon Ferry will take you to the Downtown San Francisco Ferry Building. The Main Street Ferry will take you to Downtown San Francisco to the Embarcardro @ Mission Street.

Alameda Unified School District (Edison Elementary School, Will C. Wood Middle School, Alameda High School)

Taking the San Francisco Ferry is a 30 minute ride from Alameda. Alta Star Harbor is only 8 minutes by car from the Seaplane Lagoon and Main Street Ferry Terminals. The Seaplane Lagoon Ferry will take you to Downtown San Francisco’s Ferry Building. The Main Street Ferry will take you to Downtown San Francisco Embarcadero at Mission Street.

To get to Downtown Oakland from Alta Star Harbor will take you about 9 minutes by car.

The closest bus to Alta Star Harbor is the 19 Bus, which stops on Buena Vista Avenue at Sherman Street and goes to the Downtown Oakland and Fruitville BART Stations.

The closest BART Station to Alta Star Harbor is in Downtown Oakland at 12th Street City Center


The Leasing Office is located at 1518 Clement Avenue in Alameda (between Sherman Street & Entrance Road) via the Posey & Webster Street Tube or the Park Street Bridge from I-880.
